Account & Eligibility

To open an account on the velki platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may only operate one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate; providing false information may result in account suspension at any time. Completing the identity verification (KYC) process may be mandatory, particularly at the time of withdrawal. It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment

All transactions on velki are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and deposits can be made via local payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set and subject to change. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours; however, delays may occur if verification is required. velki reserves the right to suspend any transaction if suspicious financial activity is detected. If a user is found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity, the account will be immediately closed and legal action will be taken.

Gaming Rules

All games on the platform are operated in accordance with defined rules, and each game's own terms apply. velki reserves the right to make appropriate decisions if a game is interrupted due to a technical error or system failure. The use of bots, automation software, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. If two or more individuals collude or attempt to manipulate a game, both accounts will be permanently closed. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without permission is strictly prohibited.
